A fantastic single origin Ethiopia from Western Jimma. Roasted to just the top end of light, giving moderate intensity and bright clean fruited flavors with malty accents.
Notes of berry jam, dried mango, and orange marmalade, with a very pleasant malted roast bittering underneath, finishing with a chocolate blueberry accent.
Currently my favorite espresso. I find 18g in, 54g out (1:3 ratio) shooting for a 25-30sec extraction is ideal.
